If something is wrong,\nwe will make it right.
Each object here is hand-made and personally inspected before it ships. Still — if anything reaches you damaged, defective, or simply not as you hoped, we will quietly and quickly set it right.

Shipping within India
Orders are processed and dispatched within 3–5 working days.
Delivery typically takes 2–7 working days after dispatch, depending on your pincode.
Shipping is free on orders over ₹1,499. Below that, a flat ₹99 contribution covers carrier costs.
You will receive an email with tracking information the moment your parcel leaves us.
International shipping
We ship to the US, UK, Canada, Australia, UAE, and Singapore on request. Please write to us before ordering so we can quote shipping accurately for your country.
Customs duties and import taxes, if any, are the responsibility of the receiver.
Return window
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery for any reason. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
Hygiene-sensitive items (combs that have touched hair, bottles used to drink from) cannot be returned for any reason other than a manufacturing defect.
How to request a return
Write to hello@ayurchetna.com with your order number and a brief reason for the return. We will reply within 2 working days with return-shipping instructions.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first — we cannot trace unannounced returns.
Damaged or defective items
If your parcel arrives damaged, please photograph the parcel and the item within 48 hours of delivery and email us.
We will arrange free return shipping and either send a replacement (if available) or issue a full refund — your choice.
Refund processing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method (Stripe / UPI / card) within 7 working days of us receiving the returned item.
Your bank may take a further 3–5 days to credit your account.
Return-shipping costs are borne by the buyer except in the case of damaged or defective items.
Cancellations
If you change your mind before your order has shipped, write to us and we will cancel and refund in full.
Once an order has been dispatched, it must follow the return process above.
Lost parcels
If a parcel is marked delivered but has not reached you, please contact us within 7 days. We will open a trace with the carrier and either re-ship or refund based on the outcome.
