For the purposes of India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 and the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation, we are the data fiduciary / controller of personal information processed through this site.

When you place an order: your name, shipping address, billing address, email, phone, and the items you bought. Payment card details are collected directly by Stripe — we never see or store them.

When you subscribe to our newsletter: your email address.

When you contact us: the message you send and the email address you send it from.

When you visit the site: standard server logs (IP, user agent, time of visit) and privacy-friendly analytics about which pages are popular. We do not use tracking pixels or behavioural advertising cookies.

To fulfil and ship your order, send transactional emails about it, and respond if you ask us a question.

To send you the newsletter you signed up for, with a one-click unsubscribe in every issue.

To improve the site (aggregate, anonymous analytics only).

Shipping carriers: only the address, name, and phone needed to deliver your parcel.

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data with anyone.

Order records: 8 years, as required by Indian tax law.

Newsletter subscription: until you unsubscribe.

Contact messages: 2 years, then deleted.

Anonymous analytics: 13 months.

You may ask us to: see the personal data we hold about you, correct anything that is wrong, delete it (subject to legal retention requirements), or export it in a portable format.

We use a single essential cookie to remember your cart between visits. We do not use marketing or third-party tracking cookies. You can clear cookies at any time in your browser; the site will continue to work.
